Shakyamuni Buddha is the historical Buddha who lived in India about 2500 years ago and who turned the wheel of Dharma and thereby spread the Buddhist teachings in this world. His body posture represents single pointed concentration and the recognition of all phenomena simultaneously.

OM BEKHANDZE BEKHANDZE MAHA BEKHANDZE BEKHANDZE  RANDZA SAMUNGATE SOHA

The best known amongst the seven Medicine Buddhas is the Buddha of Lapis Lazuli Light. His colour is deep blue and in his right hand he holds a healing plant and in his left a bowl filled with nectar, which cures all diseases.

It is frequently being mentioned that the Medicine Buddha during our present times is not only helpful for healing diseases but that he also helps to solve other problems and difficulties.

OM TARE TUTTARE TURE SOHA

Tara is being called the mother of all Buddhas. With eyes full of warmth and compassion she looks after all sentient beings like a mother after her only child. Her green colour, which represents the wind element and thereby movement, symbolises her ability to act quickly and to help all beings without a delay.

White Tara is another female aspect of the enlightened mind and stands for a long and healthy life. White Tara is mainly practiced to boost our life energies and to remove obstacles towards a long and healthy life.

Chenrezig is the Buddha of limitless compassion. His thousand arms and eyes symbolise, that during each moment and everywhere simultaneously he recognises all suffering and offers his helping hand. His mantra is likely to be the most frequently recited mantra and it helps us to develop compassion within our hearts.
